Return & Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation before production begins. Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started or the item has been delivered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@neonsigns.cc. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the sign and the packaging). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Since all our neon signs are made to order based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if applicable and approved), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, for custom items, exchanges are generally not possible unless there is a defect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a cancelled order within 24 hours), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Our indoor neon signs come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty, and our outdoor signs come with a 12-month warranty. This covers all electrical components and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to improper installation or physical damage during use. If you experience any issues with your sign within the warranty period, please contact us.
